1. Eligibility: Membership is exclusively for Reddy community members of Hindu religion. Misrepresentation results in immediate termination without refund.
2. Membership Fees (Non-Refundable): VIP – ₹15,000/yr · VVIP – ₹30,000/yr · Elite – ₹1,00,000/yr.
3. Mandatory Post-Engagement Fee: Upon engagement facilitated by NRMB, each individual must pay within 7 days: VIP – ₹1,50,000 · VVIP – ₹3,00,000 · Elite – ₹10,00,000. Non-payment may result in legal action.
4. Privacy & Contact Policy: Contact details will NOT be shared unless both parties express interest AND the bureau administrator approves. Only after admin confirmation will contact be released.
5. Profile Viewing Restriction (3-Account Rule): A member's profile may be viewed by a maximum of 3 unique accounts at any time. Once 3 accounts are evaluating a profile, it is hidden from all others until resolved.
6. Profile Hold: Mutual interest places both profiles on exclusive hold, removed from all other searches.
7. Match Finalisation: Finalised profiles are permanently removed from the active pool.
8. Code of Conduct: Dignity, honesty and respect are mandatory. Misuse leads to termination and possible legal action.
9. Governing Law: Telangana, India. Disputes subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction.

One Network, Four Branches: All profiles registered at any branch — Somajiguda, Kothapet, Warangal or Karimnagar — are accessible through every branch. You can visit any office closest to you, regardless of where your profile was registered. Our entire member database is unified throughout Telangana.

1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information during registration including name, date of birth, contact details, educational qualifications, family information, photographs and identity documents, solely for facilitating matrimonial matches.
2. Contact Disclosure
Personal contact details are disclosed only when both parties express mutual interest AND the bureau administrator formally approves. No member can access your details without this process.
3. Data Security
All data is stored securely via Google Firebase with AES-256 encryption. Photos and documents are private and inaccessible to other members.
4. Payment Data
Payments are processed via Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store card or banking details on our servers.
